Track & Trace Specialist

At this point, Zelh is looking for a Track & Trace Operator for our third-party logistics company. 

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with drivers and customers
• Notifying appropriate parties of any issues
• Inputting updates into the system
• Answering incoming calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace
• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

Working conditions:
- Work schedule: 8AM - 5PM CST

Job requirements

• English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST
• Experience in logistics field 
• Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated
• PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Daily task looks like: move 75-95 loads per day, making check calls, dispatching with carriers, etc.
